CONTEST PRIVACY NOTICE
Burnin’ Bridges Ai Music 2026 Halloween Costume Contest

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Daniel de Leon III, doing business as Burnin’ Bridges AI Music, administers this contest. Privacy questions: burninbridgesaimusic@gmail.com.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect your full legal name, email, state of residence, costume title, photo, inspiration explanation, eligibility and permission responses, and submission records. Potential winners may be asked for information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and deliver prizes, including mailing or payment details and tax documentation when required. Do not submit identification, Social Security numbers, passwords, or payment verification codes through the entry form.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information is used to administer and judge the contest, verify entries, contact entrants, deliver prizes, document results, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Entering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

STORAGE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Submissions are handled through GoDaddy and Google Gmail. The sponsor does not intend to download or save separate local copies of entry photos. Viewing entries may nevertheless create browser cache or temporary files. Contest administration also requires scoring and verification records.

GoDaddy and Google may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and service logs, under their own privacy policies. Prize delivery may involve postal services or, by mutual agreement, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. Necessary information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities for legal obligations or disputes.

PUBLIC DISPLAY
As permitted by the Official Rules, submitted photos, costume titles, inspiration explanations, and first names with last initials may appear on the sponsor’s website and social accounts for contest purposes. Verified winners’ states may also be displayed. Email addresses, full legal names, private verification documents, and payment details will not be intentionally published.

Permission for new contest-related publications lasts one year after the entry deadline. Original posts may remain archived afterward as described in the Official Rules. Public posts may be copied or shared by others.

RETENTION AND DELETION
The sponsor will delete nonwinner submission emails and attachments and remove nonwinner submissions from accessible GoDaddy records by October 31, 2027, except information reasonably needed for unresolved disputes, fraud investigations, or legal obligations. Winner, payment, tax, and necessary contest-administration records may be retained longer for those purposes.

Deleting accessible records does not necessarily immediately erase provider backups, logs, browser caches, or copies shared by others. Provider-controlled information is subject to the provider’s retention practices. Public contest posts are governed by the publication terms above.

PRIVACY REQUESTS
Email burninbridgesaimusic@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Requests will be handled as applicable law requires; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Deleting information needed to judge or verify an entry may prevent continued participation.

SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service or transmission is completely secure.
