BURNIN’ BRIDGES 2026 Halloween Costume Contest

BURNIN’ BRIDGES HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR SCORE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

[ Section 1 - SPONSOR ]

Daniel De Leon III, doing business as Burnin’ Bridges AI Music.

Mailing address:  7252 E Concho Dr, Ste B, PMB 40, Kingman, AZ 86401

Contest contact: burninbridgesaimusic@gmail.com

[ Section 2 - ELIGIBILITY ]

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when entering.

Residents outside the United States, and residents of U.S. territories, are not eligible for this cash-prize contest.

The sponsor, anyone assisting with administration or judging, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings), and members of their households are not eligible.

Limit one entry and one prize per person.

[ Section 3 - ENTRY PERIOD ]

Opens October 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
Closes October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

All times are Mountain Standard Time as observed in Arizona (UTC−7).

The entry system’s receipt timestamp determines timeliness. Entries received outside the entry period are ineligible.

[ Section 4 - HOW TO ENTER ]

Complete the official entry form linked from the Halloween Costume Contest page at burninbridgesaimusic.com.

Direct entry-form link:  [Go to the Halloween Costume Contest entry page]

Submit your full legal name, email, state of residence, costume title, one photo, and an explanation of up to 100 words identifying your Burnin’ Bridges inspiration. Complete all required fields. Enter YES in both the age-eligibility and photo-permission fields, and type I AGREE in the rules-agreement field. These responses will be reviewed; successful form submission alone does not establish eligibility.

Photo format and maximum size:  One PNG or JPG/JPEG photo, maximum 10 MB

No entry fee, purchase, donation, paid membership, follow, share, tag, or marketing subscription is required. Entrants supply their own costume and internet access; existing costumes and inexpensive materials are welcome.

Comments, direct messages, emailed photos, and social-media posts do not count as entries.

Only the first complete eligible submission from each person will be judged. Automated entries, impersonation, and attempts to evade the entry limit are prohibited.

[ Section 5 - THEME AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ]

Costumes must be inspired by Burnin’ Bridges AI Music, including its songs, lyrics, characters, music videos, artwork, or outlaw and horror themes. An exact character replica is not required.

The photo and explanation must demonstrate a recognizable connection to the stated inspiration. The sponsor evaluates eligibility using that requirement. A generic costume without an adequately explained connection may be disqualified.

The entrant must be the only person pictured and must actually wear the costume.

Entrants must own the photo or have the photographer’s permission to submit it and authorize the uses described in these rules.

No AI-generated photos, digitally added costume elements, or alterations that materially change the costume or makeup. Basic cropping and brightness adjustments are permitted.

Entries must not depict nudity, sexual activity, hateful imagery, targeted harassment, actual injury, illegal conduct, or dangerous acts performed for the submission. Real weapons, fire, trespassing, and hazardous activities must not be used to create the entry. Safe theatrical costume effects are permitted.

Entries must not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Entrants must describe their contributions accurately and must not claim that someone else’s work is their own.

Disqualification must be based on a documented violation of the published rules, including false information, fraud, or failure to meet eligibility or entry requirements.

[ Section 6 - JUDGING AND RANKING ]

This is a skill-based costume contest, not a random drawing or popularity vote.

Daniel de Leon III, creator of Burnin’ Bridges AI Music, is the sole judge. His experience creating the catalog’s songs, characters, and visuals informs evaluation of the stated inspiration.

Every eligible entry will be scored consistently using the following criteria:

BURNIN’ BRIDGES CONNECTION — 0–40 points
Clarity and specificity of visible costume details reflecting the identified song, character, video, artwork, or theme, considered together with the entrant’s explanation.

CREATIVITY AND ORIGINALITY — 0–30 points
Imagination, distinctive interpretation, and creative costume choices.

COSTUME EXECUTION — 0–30 points
Quality, completeness, and consistency of costume details, makeup, construction, and styling. Cost and professional photography are not scoring factors. The photo must nevertheless show enough detail to evaluate the costume.

Maximum total: 100 points.

The highest-ranked eligible entry receives first place, the next receives second place, and the next receives third place, subject to verification.

Likes, shares, follower counts, purchases, and public votes do not affect eligibility or scoring.

Ties affecting a prize position are resolved first by the higher Connection score, then by the higher Execution score.

If a tie remains, the judge will conduct a direct comparison of the tied entries and place them in a distinct order based on the specificity and accuracy of visible costume details supporting their stated inspiration. The judge will document the details that determine that ranking. No random method, submission-time preference, or popularity measure will be used.

There is one judging round, with tie comparisons only when needed. Judging is scheduled for November 1–3, 2026.

Judging records will be retained. Decisions are final subject to these rules and applicable law; this provision does not eliminate legal rights.

[ Section 7 - PRIZES ]

First place: $1,000 USD.
Second place: $250 USD.
Third place: $100 USD.

Total prize value: $1,350 USD.

One prize per person. All three prizes will be awarded if at least three eligible, verifiable entrants are available. If fewer qualify, only the corresponding available places will be awarded. If none qualify, no prize will be awarded.

[ Section 8 - WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION ]

Potential winners will be emailed beginning November 4, 2026, from burninbridgesaimusic@gmail.com to the email supplied with their entry.

Potential winners must respond within five calendar days after notification is sent.

If additional verification information is requested, it must be supplied within five calendar days after that request is sent. Requests will be limited to information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility, entry authenticity, photo permission, prize acceptance, payment, and legal reporting requirements.

Verification information must be provided privately through the method specified by the sponsor—not in public comments.

An entrant who is ineligible, declines, fails to respond, or fails to complete verification within the stated deadlines forfeits consideration for a prize. The next highest-ranked eligible entry will be considered, and remaining placements will move up as appropriate.

Verified winners will be announced on the contest page. The target announcement date is November 10, 2026. If verification or alternate selection is still pending, a status update will be posted by that date and every seven calendar days until the results are finalized.

Public results may include first name, last initial, state, costume title, and submitted photo. Contact, identity-verification, and payment information will not be published.

[ Section 9 - PAYMENT AND TAXES ]

Prizes are denominated in U.S. dollars.

A mailed check is available to every verified winner. PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo may be used by mutual agreement if available and permitted by the payment provider’s terms.

Payment will be sent within 14 calendar days after verification, prize acceptance, and receipt of necessary payment information. Postal delivery and provider processing may take additional time.

The sponsor will cover transaction fees deducted from the prize payment, or supplement the payment, so the winner receives the advertised amount before any legally required tax withholding. Optional expedited transfers or other services separately chosen by the winner are the winner’s responsibility.

No purchase, payment, or claim fee is required. The sponsor will never request a payment-app password or login verification code.

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. The sponsor may request tax documentation and make reports or withholding when legally required.

[ Section 10 - LIMITED PHOTO AND PUBLICITY PERMISSION ]

Entrants retain ownership of their photos.

By entering, each entrant grants the sponsor nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce and display the submitted photo, costume title, inspiration explanation, and first name/last initial to administer, promote, and report this contest on the sponsor’s website and social accounts.

For verified winners, that permission also includes state of residence.

Permission for new contest-related publications lasts one year after the entry deadline. Posts published during that period may remain in their original archives afterward.

This permission does not authorize merchandise sales, unrelated endorsements, or AI-training use of the submitted photo.

Displaying an entry does not indicate that it has won.

[ Section 11 - PRIVACY ]

Personal information will be used to administer entries, judge the contest, verify eligibility and authenticity, communicate with entrants, deliver prizes, meet legal obligations, and retain appropriate contest records.

The contest privacy notice linked beside the entry form identifies relevant service providers, retention practices, and the privacy contact.

 [Read the Contest Privacy Notice]

Entrants will not automatically be subscribed to marketing emails. Any marketing signup must be separate and optional.

[ Section 12 - TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND INTEGRITY ]

Entrants should submit early and retain their submission confirmation. Technical problems should be reported to the contest contact before the deadline.

The sponsor may take reasonable, lawful steps to address documented fraud, security problems, or technical failures that threaten fair administration. Material actions will be documented and explained on the contest page.

The sponsor will not change the published scoring criteria after entries open or replace skill-based judging with a random drawing.

No provision of these rules excludes liability, limits rights, or authorizes action where prohibited by applicable law.

[ Section 13 - PLATFORM DISCLAIMER ]

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, GoDaddy, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from this contest.

Entry information is supplied to the sponsor through the official entry form, not to Facebook or Instagram.

[ Section 14 - QUESTIONS AND WINNER INFORMATION ]

Send contest questions to burninbridgesaimusic@gmail.com.

Verified results will be available on the contest page through at least January 31, 2027. Requests for winner information may also be sent to the contest contact through that date.
